Dear Jaguar Owner,

We are all adapting to difficulties that would have been unimaginable only a few weeks ago. Few of us can remember a time when families, businesses and public services all over the world were under such pressure. My thoughts are with everyone who has been affected by the coronavirus and the economic fallout.

I wanted to take this opportunity to contact you personally to tell you how Jaguar Land Rover as a global company is playing its part in the battle against this dreadful virus. Across the world, we are offering our advanced computing facilities and design and engineering skills to help wherever possible. In England, we are manufacturing thousands of protective face visors per week for front-line health workers. And our manufacturing sites around the world are providing protective equipment, with masks and protective clothing going directly to front-line health service staff, along with more than 6,000 pieces of IT hardware for temporary hospitals. Internationally, there are more than 300 Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles being used to support emergency response organizations, and our new Defender has gone straight into action, with a 27-strong fleet joining the Red Cross to reach vulnerable people in the UK. On behalf of our company, I promise you Jaguar Land Rover will continue to help in every way it can.

Please continue to visit for information on our products and customer support programs, and keep in touch with your local retailer for any specific requirements.

I wish you all the very best as we look forward together.
